2. Liability Waiver: By logging in, you agree that the creator of Fase is not responsible for any output generated by the AI, nor any actions taken based on that output.

3. Content Rules: You agree not to use Fase to generate illegal, highly explicit, or intentionally harmful content. Violations may result in API bans.

4. Privacy: Data is stored locally in your browser. Do not upload highly sensitive personal information.
